The "close of trading day on Monday" is a short term view. People need to think long term imo. What happens Monday or Tuesday next week is not important to me.

1) Clean the share structure.

2) Will help get onto the Nasdaq.

3) Will reduce future dilution of any capital raises at higher sp levels.

He should have been more prudent and set up a pre-arranged share swap with other interested parties that wanted in the stock. This way it could have been a quick cross and then done with. By the looks of it, the broker in charge of the sells walked it down and sold at any price on the way down.

It could also be some warrant pressure which in turn puts money back into the coffers for PTK. Either way, consolidation is never a bad thing. The PTK 1 year chart is very bullish.
