Like this week couldn't get any worse with two excellent news releases completely having no effect on the SP and now the consolidation which I've dreaded with most of my venture stocks in the past!!!
"a special resolution authorizing, subject to regulatory approval, the consolidation of the Company shares on the basis of one new share for a maximum of every five pre-consolidation shares (the "Consolidation")"
I mentioned this before in a post. Those in the $70 Club shouldn't be measuring their goals by share price, but rather by market cap. Now the $70 club will be much more easier to achieve but it will be equivalent to $14 pre-consolidation. LOL. I have no more words for this, rather this keeps happening with every venture stock I have owned that held promise and the shareholders in the end get screwed. Maybe this will allow us to move to the Nasdaq easier, but your $70 club pre-consolidation has now become the $350 club with much more room for further dilution. Enjoy! :(
