I appreciate the advice of others on this board. But in addition to saying consolidation will not be helpful or "Just say NO", please provide some rationale to help the rest of us with our decision. I understand I would have (potentially) 1/5 the number of shares I now have but they would be valued at 5x the pre-consolidation price and the net value would not (immediately) be affected. Please present some pros and cons as to why a company would do this and what potential outcomes there may be. TIA
