We are all in a "Holding Pattern" awaiting a range of anticipated News Releases.
To break-up the monotony of the current "pending news" period we find ourselves in and the recent boring trading activity .... here are some "anticipated" news bullet points and recent comments from PTK Senior Management that we can ponder on until we see some action (which I believe is close at hand).
PC comments :-
"We are coming out with our PDA's" from EC
"SP will go from bottom left to top right" from EC
"Revenue to start late 2014 and early 2015 ... " from Midas Letter Interview
"We are under NDA with a number of major firms right now" from Midas Letter Interview
Anticipated NR's :-
MS8 (sub 100nm feature size) at the request of "Industry". We have had a strong hint of this success by GT comment in the Compound Semiconductor Magazine; what will the official NR reveal!!
Pellegrino II - Now we have 10 device TDK's confirmed under NDA. So it is reasonable to assume that PII will contain more verticals / market segments verses PI and the discount of 75% that was in PI will be greatly reduced in PII; this can only equate to a much larger valuation.
NASDAQ up-listing ... clearly a major objective due to Form 20-F filing and ammendment. A successful uplisting to the NASDAQ would open the gates for numerous US Institutions to obtain positions in PTK which currently is not possible whilst listed on the TSX-V.
"Fully Functional Integrated Chip" - still stated as June target date in Form 20-F and "Soon" reference CC Twitter account.
Naming of Main Partner or PDA's - This one obviously will be nothing short of HUGE.

So do not waste time analysing the daily SP activity .... enjoy life because life is too short.
There is a tremendous amount of work going on behind the magic curtain and from the above points it would appear we are in very, very good hands.
The current PTK Senior Management Team have turned this company around from the edge of financial collapse, to an entity that is now financially solid and now on the cusp of orchestrating POET acceptance by major "Industry" entities.
