What is going on is that Sheldon became a board member so he could have influence over the sale of the company. That scenario is off and table and he has been voted off of the board. He is pissed and is now unloading everything he has and so is Pinetree. Good riddance to Sheldon

in the empire club presentation, the talk was more about licensing and being around for the long haul...
IMO when they realized they had something everyone wanted you dont just put it on the auction block right away...you either license it, or make everyone think you are going to license. Then the buyer really pays to make sure no one else has it.
you dont spend 206,000 if you think you are just going to sell the company in a few months..
