Fairchij brings up another valid point about all the warrants and options outstanding. If exercised, this could further delay the need to raise additional capital. The likelyhood of this for me is unknown. If I were management, I would hold out until a deal has been forged before exercising my warrants/options. Otherwise I risk losing actual money if things go sour. That from my perspective is what usually tends to occur.
I as well would anticipate dilution from the minority stakeholder, but if this were to occur even at a slightly higher SP valuation I would be fine with it as long as it wasn't too large. This would end all speculation to the techs validity and at that point, we would all be handsomly rewarded anyways.
