If you just feel like digging I suggest going back about 10 years. When Tandem Resources Ltd merged with a private company called Opel Inc in 2005 in a reverse take over. Somehow the private company Opel had the rights to Dr Taylors work. Not sure how they got them or what they agreed to to get them and since it was a private company it may be hard to find out. I can not imagine anyone investing tens of millions of dollars to develop a technology if they only owned 33% of the rights to the profit. In my opinion this is common sense. There is no way Poet has spent all these years and all these dollars funding something they own the minority share of. If this is a concern and you really want to know just call IR they should be able to confirm everything.
