I think it is still true today but 5bn and not a penny less. The recent news and aquisitions show that the semi market is getting desperate. I hope we can get to the goal line without dilution and I really think we will. Next couple weeks are huge for this stock if we want to hold these gains. Come on Poet team lets meet these targets and announce out PDA partner.
