My sources tell me the F.S.D.I. Chinese engineering study was finished yesterday on December 20. The vice chairman that was with the Chinese engineers told the government of Ontario when he was here that approximately 60 days after the engineering study is completed that the People's Bank Of China would announce complete funding for the n/s rail. This has big implications for Noront as thier ore body will no longer be land locked. This may also be the catalyst that moves the ontario and federal governments to commit to the east west road that the natives insist on having that will seve the ring mines and natives for regular all weather road travel.
