Then where or how does the refinery at Sarnia Ont. get it's oil for gasoline? I believe that pipe has been in ground for 60 or more years and goes between Lake Michigan and Lakes Superior & Huron.
I think you must have in mind an additional pipeline through southern Northern Ontario, planned long ago and destined to Montreal.
