Gees Ringer, I thought Hoov's fundamentals for rejection were winded enough for me but your post, while excellently explainung and covering just about all aspects I could imagine, had me yawning near the end.

I hope all this info lays to rest the high speed monorail issue, as it did for Noront. (May get revisited again in a few years time)
