Bob Ray told the commitiee that the indians seemed to say no project will get off the ground unless water, housing and necessary infrastructure is provided to the natives FIRST. Health Canada said they are working with three of the nine bands to cut red tape and act as a one government stop to help move these native concerns forward. Bob said a defining policy and legal framework needs to be implemented by the governments to move the project forward so all natives and companies have a defining framework to make agreements to go forward. Bob Ray wants the governments to define if all the bands need consensus or just the effected bands of the project need consensus to legally move forward. Frank Smeenk said to the committee that there is possibly 600 BILLION dollars worth of chromite in the ground in the Ring of Fire. (yes, 600 billion). Frank said that from his travels and talks in China he believes that the Chinese president and Treadeau should have a meeting with all natives and effected companies and investors to help move this forward. He proposed that Canada and China could buy and sell chromite and trade carbon credits to help move the project along. Frank said the kwg patent pending is 80% greener then arc furnaces when dealing with the chromite. Frank told the committee that the ring of fire will be 2% of Canada's G.D.P. Frank said there is about 24,000 natives in the Hudson bay region that will be effected by the project and are in need of the infrastructure the project will bring. Then we get to the statements Frank Smeenk made about a possible alternative Transportation for ore and people in and out of the Ring of Fire from Nakina to the ring. He started talking to the committee about Elong Musk, the "Tesla" president and a possible HYPER LINK vacuum system in and out of the ring and says he has been in talks with Elong. Frank told the committee that because of new infrastructure laws making chrome additives to rebar and construction materials to allow bridges and roads a longer life that the chromite from the ring will be needed maybe for two hundred years.
