Consolidatiions of Cliffs' Chromite including stake KWG and BMK indeed is the big GO decision, suprisingly cheap and therefor setting off the larger part of dilution in last ten years. All history, NOT looks fine to me these days. SP will follow. China' demand for oil and base metals still huge and growing, PGM' essential for different innovations in a number of business sectors.
