Edgy , do you think that KWG ( if in possesion of patent) and a mill built/ converted to manufacture the ore would have to process NOT's ore.

KWG may choose to build a processing plant that is only capable of manufacturing X number of tons to start and could also choose not to process NOT's chromite. KWG would alone have enogh ore to run their mill for years without helping NOT unless the conditions were perfect for KWG and partners.

This is not a bash, it is nothing but a mere question as you seem to be so knowledgeable on exactly how things will proceed.
