Odds must be very good that this time when we reach 68 cents we will go a lot past it.

As to whether we will stay above it depends whether we will get any impediments from the native communities. I base that on the understanding that once both of the governments get their act together they will not have the guts to back track.

imo Matawa natives are a different matter. They are not a cohesive community that speaks with one voice but many work against the rest.
