Ed You write 250 mln dollars. This is for a lot of institutions pocket money so why on earth has nobody done anything yet if we are that cheap? I think our partners "in crime" just want to get loaded. They smell the opportunity to get earn some decent bucks otherwise they would not have gotten in.
