Ok....so the deal to buy Cliffs assets is now done.
Let's move forward now.
It wasn't that long ago there was an indication of a deadline (April 1) with respect to the permitting. The FN (same one's trying to block the purchase) characterized the effort as putting a gun to their heads. It wasn't long afterwards that the province backed off and insisted there wasn't a definative deadline....that is obvious now...as no announcement has been made.
What is obvious is that....no matter what....the Mattaw FN are not happy with anything ROF these days. So....whatever...let's get on with it....if we wait for them to be happy....that is never going to happen...so...let's get on with it.
First they were mad...then they were really mad...and now perhaps, they are really really mad....so why not move ahead; even if it makes them really really really mad.
The fact of the matter is that there are set time limits here....Noront has applied for this permitting long ago and the appropriate time for review has long come and gone.
When will the province step up and make a decision....the time is now.
Let us as shareholders show support for our Noront team and step up the pressure. Write or phone your MP and let him/her know.....the right time is now.
