presentation you so graciously posted yersterday afternoon. Very impresive document.

Easy for layperson to understand. I copied four pages for future reference.

I'll touch on a single subject.Page #8 shows an estimated cash at March 31/15

@ $ 8.0 Million. When the deal closes add to that amount $ US 2.5 Million or

$ 3.0 Million Canadion. Also add $ US 3.5 Million NOT receives for Royalties or

$ 4.25 Million Canadian for a total of 15 Million in cash, which might give NOT

some room to work without need to raise funds right away.Drilling maybe?
