I've been curious why Moonias was quite while the EW road discussion was going on. Not a peep. Then after the CLF property announcement he lets loose. Wouldn't be surprised that Moonias was trying to negotiate for CLF's properties with KWG as a partner. Now that that option is dead he's back in his rhetoric mode.
