Moonias having almost three years to assess the project and in that time he can not then who is to blame?

Ontario government, Noront or any one else near by but surely not him.

I am glad that Finally Ontario has put a time limit of April 1, perhaps soon after we will get the expected news.

As I was saying earlier, the delays we blame Ontario for may be mostly due to the natives, example being Moonias.

We build one brick at a time, but sometimes a big block in added. Cheers, Ed.
