This will likely be an announcement of appointments to the Board of the Development Corporation. Representatives of the First Nations communities will receive funding from the Feds for training and costs associated with this.

There might also be hydro and fibre optic lines going in, and plans are being studied for roads to all 4 communities, probably the east-west route as far as Webequie and a similar road farther south.

Funds will be allocated for training in assessing Environmental Assessments for mining projects and their infrastructure.
