Sum you raise another question in my mind:

With the 4 nations represented WHY is Noront not even mentioned that they will be part of the announcement?

Sounds like it may not be the Noront road. OR maybe they got tired of it being called that and are doing so to disassociate with that name.

I would like to call it the Nemis road if not Noront.
