That is why I say 30s at best and below 30 is possible later on.

Do you really believe we will just sit with no news for that long?

Am not pooh hooing on your opinion, just curious on how you are assesing the situation.

I happen to think that we will not get our EA before summer if then and the railway issue to James Bay is way overblown time wise ( need I restate permit wise?). Similarly I suspect Matawa want too much and do not want to bend to accomodate. Hence my pessimism.
