Palmer knew the ROF would take years to move forward. That's why he went looking for gold. In a phone conversation he said to me, " I need to go looking for Gold. Everyone wants gold." The rest is history.

We still have the ROF properties in the new Probe. Unfortunately we don't have the $$$ for a road.
