Noront had big investors come in below a dollar. Baosteel and rcf. Only when the tsx allows kwg to go to big board is when the transportation route is solidified. That is the requirement the tsx puts on juniors that want to move up. The ore has to be able to move and not be landlocked. kwg with all it's got going for it will move up on it's own shortly when the governments and the money is commited. A share consolidation or a reverse split will not be necessary for the big boys to get involved as noront has proven. Any form of a reverse split will only dilute the share price as has been proven many times on many stocks in the past. It's a form of diluting the little guy's holdings when the big boys want to come in and control the majority of voting shares. The little guy's voting rights in a reverse split are extremely negatively effected and then are at the mercy of big boy manipulation. As kwg stands with the little investor shares counting, no one can vote the company private in a takeover without the little investors votes guareenting the little investor gets heard and fairly compensated. The little investors have over 10% of the share count as proven once before by i believe goldhunter. This insures the small investors of being fairly compensated when it comes time to sell to the big boys who want to buy and take KWG private. Any form of share consolidation will take the little investor out of the equation and put them at the mercy of the big investor voting. Remeber the big boys are comming and they will pay for our shares a respectfull price as they can't push us aside. Any form of share consolidation will change our control and we will be treated insignificantly. They (the big boys) do not have your interests at heart. Collectively we protect ourselves.
