Nice and ideal thought but it is a non-ideal world.
I have had a few cases of a buyout where I owned some shares ( not a lot cause am not

loaded ) but in each case I had practically no say or influence on the take over.
In one case I was completely taken to the cleaners per Marlboro's post.

The only chance we have is IF we all pooled our shares and forced our member on board of

directors. For that we would probably need collectively at least 10% of outstanding shares.
Have seen two attempts of this method and in one not enough members joined in and in other effort was started too late.

Nice try but chances are very slim. Ed.
