Great to the no dillution but...

"10% per annum during the Bridge Loan period and at 8% per annum during the Convertible"

This is not a credit card loan but one that is secured by shares of a great resource in the ground, like your house mortgage. If I had sufficient dough I would have been happy to make such a loan. So I say do not cheer too loudly that this is a great achievement. It is not, imo.
