that the money has already figuratively changed hands and I'll be surprised if this deal goes down in favour of the north. When is the last time you noted a politician doing anything to the greater advantage as opposed to dodging a personal bullet. The latest bullet dodge was more like a canon ball dodge at our provincial level.
