Are not airports under federal jurisdiction as is air space? I beleive that the airport closing was done by the feds. Ontario may have closed access to the strip as punishment for the unlawfull clearing because environment is their jurisdiction. In either case the governments should not delay opening but the restitution or penalty should be in the form of a monetary fine. The natives can not wait another year or more for the strip to operate. That is potential income source to them and a convenience to society. They ARE on side. As stated earlier here, one or both governments are also to blame for not helping the natives to build infrastructures on time and easily. Government lethargy and lack of leadership has caused the mishap which led to the blockade and a heavy hit to our sp last winter. This time around it looks like a repeat situation and therefore we see it reflected in the share price. A letter campaign to both governments is well over due.
