The SP is low because of the FN's risk. That is the only reason.

Accept the risk or don't, but your not being heard because your fanatical view is unbelievible to all but those who have Cliffs shares and want to buy Noront cheap. Pay us $4+ and we will maybe sell. The shareholder base must be pretty strong in Noront and 60% are still telling Cliffs to shove it. Can't make an offer if you know that there is no hope. Keep trading between yourselves as we can wait for the FN's and the government to negotiate the details. Its our 11+ billion $$$$, not yours. I would rather give 10% to the FN's than 1% to Cliffs.

Oh. The chromite smelter will not go to Sudbury so you don't need to worry about the competition
