My Interpretation,

Draw your trendline from April's 1.92 thru June's 1.52 high's...

We broke out in August through this trendline on high volume and have now retested that same trendline.

We are now clear and ready to move higher. Of course summer doldrums ending will help also. News too Wes on the deeps!
