It is pointless to write to Ontario Securities Commision regarding Anonymous listing of stock trades. OSC is working within established guide lines and like any bureaucratic government type agency they are loath to change.

To have any effect we Canadians, and in particular us Ontarians, need to complain to our members of government legistatures to change the rules under which stock trading operates.
The US due to the derivatives fiasco are implementing change. Us Canadians should follow suit.

Harper is resisting change to the rules governing how canadian banks operate purely on justification that canadian banks have not gotten themselves into the same troubles as the US have. That is not a reason, not even a good excuse. Do we need to wait intil a problem arises for us to change the rules. If someting is right and just then it matters not when and for what reason.
I use the bank example because stock trading is part of the financial institution rules and the feds will resist for the same reasons i.e. justifications, to do nothing.
Canada is only now thinking about having a stock regulator. We should have had one half a century ago.

I have written ( and gone in person on one occasion) to my members of parliament and legislature but it is numbers that count, not single individuals.
