DOnt ever lose sight that the BOD and the management of ANY company are only looking out for themselves .. legally for sure.. but themselves just the same..

They really dont care about retail shareholders only their insitutions...

So if things dont appear to be going retails way, there are 2 reasons.. and both are the same.. and it has absolutley nothing to do with us..

If Cliffs came in and offered 1.50 a share.. management would get a 'signing bonus' and they are fine.. us??? TBD

How does a company at 70 cents prove up everything they have and sit at 1.20??
