They leak to whoever they want to leak to (or on). Remember Mr 36? He manipulated the price up just so that everyone can sell on the news. And that was a great news release. Where is he today? Was he leaked on? With no leak that release should have sent the sp flying. What about that instistution who was describing two oblique holes? Where did they got that info from? Leaked on?
