It might be the full moon or....?

1. FNC cancels pp even though they were 80% completed. Mac leaves FNC.

2. SPQ and KWG remain halted. KWG puts through an identical shareholder rights protection plan to SPQ. Given Cliffs miniscule $0.13 offer, are SPQ and KWG going to merge to try and get the offer increased? Makes sense.

3. PRB up $0.10 or 35% today on no news.

Whats happening? Has Noront got the acquisition bug? Are we going to see something happening with NOT-FNC-PRB?
