From the retail position, even if it were feasible to remove the BOD, it is likely way past too late for that. This is no longer the board it once was and the retail position is outflanked by the instos. Any attempt to remove the BOD if it ever came to that would come from very large interests to serve their purpose. Just my sense of it.
