I most certainly do not underestimare the influence, but it is not the so called 'TA' but the people who use and rely on it.

I only day trade a small portion of my holds. But consider just a few so called investors that could be flipping hundreds of thousands of $ on a change (or expected change) of just pennies on a given day. They could be making a 1% profit or even as much a 5% PER DAY.

Consider the incentive for their actions and consequences to the happless retailer. That is what gets my gall.
