Here's another way to look at it, I in no way dispute your numbers...

So Yes, $4.5B NI alone, now X in-situ value / #shares out...

In-situ Value - the valuation a buyer is willing to pay for a resource not including production costs and other infrastructure, a Buyer will calculate all of these (ie. next door is getting 0.5% - 1.0% insitu for the Chromium depending on how large a resource you think and before, as other posters have stated, before a NI compliant 43-101 is completed)

And pointed out by some it is lessoned before a NI 43-101, increasing through pre-feasibility, feasibilty, the bankable feasibily and on to building infrastructure, doing environmental studies and then on to initial production.

Lets pick 5%...4.5B X .05 / 173,463m sh = $1.29/sh

Your NI resource is now worth 224 million today if 5% insitu applied.
