Monday we will hear NOT divulge > 12.5% shares tendered, a most brilliant part of the CLF plan to change from the share offer and vote, to an all cash offer and NO VOTE from shareholders.

From Partial to Complete FWR control...very smart move on their part.

Now when does the real Consolidation start? The RoF has received much press lately, and the big boys are still quietly watching events unfold from the sidelines but for sure realize the great potential of billions worth of undeveloped RoF assets.
