Should we not achieve the desired minimum of 34% then I suspect not an extension in the pure sense but a modification ( politically correct ) to just for the Ring of Fire assets.

That would put a shoe in Mac's mouth because he implied a while back that he would consider parting just with the chromite, i.e. saving his job.
