I think we are all wondering that. I expected a couple by now. But these people at Noront may have something up their sleeve they are holding for the right moment. Clearly it is Cliffs that is on the hot seat and must make a move. Their offer has little support and Noront seems a winner by standing pat. Perhaps the shot Noront has will come " IF " and when Cliffs makes a move. Noront doesn't have to do anything. Cliffs does! Oh, the suspence!!!!
