good evening OF, All business requires a firm base. It is readily acknowledged that a tripod is the most stable and agueably the strongest platform.

In the case of the chormite, one leg is capacity, we have that. Another is the production and marketability leg, we have that .The third leg is a riseing market, this is where we may be falling down on our forcasts.

Everything is being proposed upon a resurgence of the chormite market. this means a rapidly riseing construction and demand for stainless steel. This is not happening !

The world is still on a downard spiral, in spite of the various gov'ts proclamations and cries of glee of various stimulation programs turning the drop around...

The us unemployment is far higher than official reports, which naturally, are tailered to show the Gov't in a good light. Europe and Asia are the same.

Based upon Japan's and other depression periods, we may still be 3 - 5 years before a serious, provable upswing starts.

This means that the competitive producers will have the time necessary to get their act together, whether it is Labor, energy, tax structure, or whatever, They could be on line and seriously competitive about the same time as the ROF players.. Interesting.
