I think that was a phenomenal deal struck with Uragold, for both of them. Finally the name of this company makes absolutely perfect sense!!

Here until the PP closes, plain and simple. It looks to me like insiders and others were selling off on public market and taking part in the PP. That's what I would have done. I don't think there are many sellers below this level. Agree that everything else is going in the right direction though. The new US stock promoters need to earn their wage and get money in the door and this thing closed.

Uragold is to raise ALL of the capital required to fund any mill. GNH is simply providing the B-T (Bellechasse-Timmins) deposit - something GNH has already spent millions on to date determining the geology and the resource estimate. Raising capital means issuing shares. Issuing shares means dilution.

GNH has already spent millions on the ground here. Their end of the bargain is pretty much done.

As far as other claims go, this deal ONLY involves the B-T deposit. Its the 43-101 compliant deposit they have drilled the heck out of. That leaves about 99.9% of GNH's claims for GNH alone. Some of us believe there is lots more gold in these claims. Lots.

Anyways, I'm cheering for Uragold to come through with financing. I'm way beyond caring about profits and losses on GNH. I just want to find out if I've been right all along, or just an idiot all along. I accept either conclusion.

Well said Scott! I share that exact sentiment. I'm convinced the goods are in the ground here. Right place, right time, right people - just the wrong type of deposit. The irony is, the nuggety deposit repsonds well to the gravity seperation which I can only assume is the cheapest method and least impactful on environment.

It's a great deal for GNH - however Uragold needs to pull through with financing. Dilution will occur on their end, not GNH's.

If and when this ever happens and works, GNH still has all their 'other' claims exclusively.

I took a snapshot last night before I went to bed of how many followers BT, KK, AM, CR has.

I looked this morning and was confused when I saw KK had added almost 3k more overnight? I then went to her Mobio page and saw some new and pretty cool backstage photos of her at Jimmy Fallon (with some A list celebs not to mention the guy I want to see the most on Mobio - Seth Rogen, a homegrown well connected A lister).

I can feel the power of this platform. A handful of high level and engaged users could make Mobio a household name in a matter of months. It's great to see Kim Kardashian sticking with it.

FWIW, BT lost a few followers and AM and CR added a dozen or so with no new content.

Mobio has the absolute potential to be an overnight success story IMO. The downside is obvioulsy a goose egg, but the upsde cannot be ignored.

With the celebs already on board and the amount of web traffic already, you'd have to be an absolute genius to try and screw this up IMO.

The content some of these new influencers are posting is of high quality and frequency. I suspect management has about 15 Aces up their sleeves that they are holding back until the time is right. Hell, they may have 100 Aces given they have signed so many of the top social media influencers in the world?

The fact they don't have a mobile app yet is priceless. Therein lies the opportunity for early investors. That alone could triple their amount of views in a week.

Now if only I could make some ad revenue by showing a picture of me eating a sandwich...giving the thumbs up...saying hello to some girl in Peru.....
