This is an line from a post on the FWR forum. The post was made by SnugThe Joiner.

"Ronny told me that correspondence from Freewest will be going out to every FWR shareholder next week. The big letters REJECTION will be on this correspondence. Mac Watson will spell out why Freewest is recommending the rejection of the Noront offer."

This is why I believe the Noront offer will fail. FWR management wants no part of this deal and they are going to do what they can to stop it. IMHO this deal is not going to happen. Why make an offer if the likelihood of success is very low? JJ told me that if the deal fails then we will see a drop in the FWR share price but Noront will remain unchanged. Seems to me that in this scenario both stock would suffer. Why invest in the ROF if the companies involved can't agree on a consolidation plan.
