O.T. Finally received AGM circular.

While being aware of Noront from late 2006 I have not kept consistant tabs on goings on
and did not invest mostly due to the infighting in the past. Subjectivity clouded my mind.
Since early summer am a bonified and increasing investor but lack the historical
perspective regarding the NOT B of Directors.

I would appreciate if one or more of the old timers would give me a heads up (through PM?) as to which way they recon my voting should be (Short & simple "Good' guys vs "Bad' guys).
