Look at it this way: If CLF , for example, gives you $1 worth of CLF stock for your FWR share, you can dump it and buy more NOT. Thats the beauty of the free market, and what I think we might all hope for. Anything else is more emotion than good business. The wide publicity to these deals prevents much serious negative manipulation at the end of the day. This will be a superb experience at the end of the day because there are so few investors who understand the value of these companies, but the major players will fight tooth and nail, to the point of overpaying, for these deposits.
