You are bringing up a good point about the new BOD. I was thinking about it earlier as well. The BOD of FWR is not going to join in with the Noront BOD and give them full control if there is any mistrust. The BOD of FWR will become shareholders of NOT. They will or should want some say as to how this plays out. I'd think they have a lot more dollars at stake than any of us. This should be part of negotiations so it should be an interesting side plot. I have to think the new BOD of the merged entity will be different from the present BOD of NOT. But we'll have to wait and see.
