Consider something to sweeten the pie. Wes lets this offer sink in for a couple of days, and then releases drill results for Eagle's Nest. If those results are nice, and NOT's SP pops, the conversion offer looks much better than merely the three and a half cents premium you've just calculated.

Not very long ago, Noront's and FWR's shares traded almost in lockstep at a 10:1 SP price ratio. In the historical context, 4:1 is a much better deal. Time the offer so that it coincides with good drill results, and you might just have success.
