Hope they/he is NOT looking to holding back (as has been the situation over the past YEAR) on Informing ALL Share Holders ALL AT ONCE in some Massive Killer NR on AGM Day.
No, not when such matters should be presented well before the AGM so as to allow ALL Share Holders to make proper Assessment of any such Material Information, prior to casting their Votes on matters that may arise during the AGM.
