Since Noront has signed a MOU with Marten Falls First Nation, it is obvious that FWR, FNC, PRB, FNC et al will be required to do the same thing. They will need to follow NOT in this for the betterment of the First Nations in the region.

Similarly deBeers for the Victor Mine had to sign an agreement with the local First Nations. I have heard that the Debeers agreement was tough and almost rendered the deposit uneconomical.

It is of utmost importance that all the plays get involved and sign the MOU or a MOU.
